When I first started following Elle James Bridal on Instagram I instantly fell in love with their boutique and dresses. You see, Elle James Bridal is not your typical Mississippi bridal boutique. They carry couture gowns to ensure they can work with you to create a dress that is made just for you. Their personal stylists will work directly with their exclusive designers to craft exactly what you want…want to add straps, remove appliques, lower the back, or add more beading? Their gowns range in price from $2,000 – $7,000 with the majority being $2,000 – $4,000.
The designers they carry are: Anne Barge, Blush by Hayley Paige, Hayley Paige (my favorite!), Heidi Elnora, Legends by Romona Keveza, Martina Liana, Monique Lhuillier + Bliss, Nouvelle Amsale and Rosa Clara. They also carry accessories such as shoes, garters and jewelry.
Wedding dresses take anywhere from 4 – 6 months to make depending on the designer. They recommend you begin looking for THE DRESS a minimum of 8 months before your wedding to allow plenty of time for alterations. If you are on a tighter deadline, Elle James will do their very best to get your gown in sooner, but please note this will require an additional fee.
Elle James recommends coming to your appointment with your hair and makeup looking it’s best, so that you feel the very best about yourself when searching for your dress! Also, please bring any under garments you plan to wear along with your wedding shoes. Don’t have your shoes yet? No worries. They have a beautiful selection of Badgley Mischka shoes. You will want to make sure you have your wedding shoes for your alterations appointment.
Their boutique is by appointment only to ensure you will receive the best experience possible. They only take one appointment at a time so you get their personal one on one attention.
