On the wedding day it’s important that you as the planner are checking the florals to make sure everything is accounted for. You want to do this as soon as you arrive. Having our florals checklist for planners that you can work from will make your job easier on the wedding day.
There’s nothing worse than realizing you are missing a bridesmaid bouquet when it’s time for bridesmaids photos to begin. Counting all bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc. first thing will save you unnecessary stress later.
You should have a copy of the client’s floral order from their florist before the wedding day. You should be reviewing it before the wedding day to make sure they have the correct counts on everything.
Then on the wedding day check to make sure everything on the floral order is there at the venue.
