When I’m the planner, I always text a copy of the schedule to the wedding party and parents before the wedding week then we pass out hard copies at the rehearsal. Not everyone wants a hard copy, but we always have plenty of copies just in case! Most bridesmaids and groomsmen prefer to have the digital version on their phone and don’t want to have to keep up with a piece of paper.
