Sample Wedding Photo Timeline – 10 Hour Photography Coverage

The first vendor you should contact as the planner about the timeline is the photographer. Before you can figure out what time hair and makeup needs to begin, you have to know what time the photographer plans to arrive. Contacting them first for a photo timeline is the first step to creating a wedding day timeline. I’m sharing a sample wedding photo timeline that includes 10 hours of photography coverage.

Sample wedding day schedule

Although, every photographer offers different coverage most of them will allow couples to add on more time; if needed. This particular timeline includes the photographer staying until the very end of the reception since the sparkler exit is not taking place until the end.

So many couples chose to have staged exits due to the photographer not being there until the end of the reception with the package they booked with them.

It’s really a personal preference as to whether or not your couple wants a staged exit, or if they want the exit at the actual end of the reception.
