Engagement season is here! If you don’t have your systems and processes in place now is the time to get everything organized. You want to do everything you possibly can to make onboarding new clients easy. Today, I’m sharing our two onboarding processes for wedding planners.
Even though an onboarding process may be simple it’s so important to have your processes written out. That way you don’t forget an important step. It can definitely happen if you don’t check off each step in the process as tasks get completed.
I have my onboarding processes set up inside of Trello. Once I book a new client and add them to Trello, this is where I look at my onboarding process and check off each task as it’s completed.
Feel free to use my onboarding processes below as your own or tweak them as needed to fit you and your clients needs.
