Our Timeline Planning Questionnaire is the detailed questionnaire we send to our Wedding Management clients. We don’t send this questionnaire to our Full Service Planning clients since we are involved in the planning of their wedding and know most of the information the questionnaire asks.
So, when it’s time to gather the ceremony songs from our full service planning clients I send them our simple ceremony songs questionnaire.

Keep in mind this will show you what it looks like in the Aisle Planner version. Aisle Planner is the project management system I use to keep track of all of my clients wedding information.
Ceremony Songs Questionnaire
- What song will the Grandparents walk out to? List song title and artist/composer.
- What song will the Parents walk out to? List song title and artist/composer.
- What song will the Wedding Party walk out to? List song title(s) and artist/composer.
- What song will The Bride walk out to? List song title and artist/composer.
- What song will the Wedding Party exit to for the recessional? List song title and artist/composer.
- What song did you select for the Postlude? The song that will play as your guests are leaving. List song title and artist/composer.
- Will you have any solo’s? If yes, list the name(s) of the soloist as well as the song title they will sing.
- Will you have any other songs played during the ceremony? Any for a unity candle etc.?
