Courtney and Cody’s Meridian, MS wedding at Castle Grove Plantation took place this past Spring, kicking off our 2023 wedding season. It was a sweet, beautiful day for these two and for all the vendors involved. Everyone was calm and happy and it was the most laid back day. I say it all the time, but we’re so fortunate to get to work with the BEST couples, families and vendors.Â
Weddings at Castle Grove are always more laid back since it can accommodate both the ceremony and reception. No rushing to get from hair and makeup to the ceremony venue then rushing to get from the ceremony to the reception. Our goal is always to allow plenty of time so the wedding party doesn’t have to rush, but weddings here allow for more down time and plenty of time to get everything done without having to rush at all. 🙌
Courtney told me she loves greenery and small white flowers. For her bridal bouquet she knew she wanted anemones, baby’s breath and other small white flowers with lots of pretty greenery. And she wanted everything else to have mainly greenery with small white blooms. I loved how the cross turned out with the smilax and a touch of white. It was airy, simple, but so beautiful. Simple can still be beautiful.Â
Thank you Courtney and Cody for allowing us to be a part of your special day.
