Libby and Cameron were married this past December on a cold, rainy day, but thankfully the rain held off long enough for them to have their first look in a very special place outside. Libby’s father had passed away a few years prior and his presence was going to be greatly missed on this special day. Since her father couldn’t be there for Cameron to ask him for Libby’s hand in marriage he proposed to her at the only place that made sense…at the same spot where her father’s ashes were spread. Is this not the sweetest, most thoughtful proposal ever?! So it was only natural that their first look take place in this same exact spot which was on the land where the reception was being held anyway. It was a very special day for these two lovebirds. Libby’s smile is so contagious and it was an honor to be a part of such a special day. The rain started back up, but ended in time for the ceremony to begin.
After the ceremony guests traveled by buses provided by the couple out to the reception at Yorka…a private residence in Kosciusko. Guests were treated to a cocktail hour outside the house at Yorka then made their way to the barn for the reception.
We were so thankful the band got to lead all of the guests in a second line to the barn. A fun time was had by all.
