Our on-boarding process for Wedding Management clients is pretty simple and straight forward. Even though it’s simple and easy to remember I always check off each task in Trello once it’s completed . That way I’m not forgetting any steps of this process.
In the past before I was really using a process for everything I would forget to send things or I would not remember if I actually did send them without doing a lot of digging.  Save yourself time and create a process for every little thing you do in your business.
On-boarding Process for Wedding Management Clients
- Receive inquiry – potential client automatically receives our services brochure with pricing
- Send consultation email with three dates we’re available to meet
- Consultation booked on calendar
- Send the couple questionnaire for them to complete before the consultation
- Meet for consultation
- Send contract and invoice via Aisle Planner
- Send timeline planning questionnaire
- Send welcome gift
